TEAMING AGREEMENT WITH CADA ENERGY

JULY 21, 2023

SynSel is proud to announce their affiliation with CADA Energy with the execution of a Teaming Agreement.

SynSel’s Executive Administrator, Brian Buckta states, “I think CADA is a perfect complement to SynSel’s technical ability to integrate best in class biofuel technologies. The incentives (i.e. grants & tax credits) currently available to green fuel developers in the US and worldwide is unprecedented. Preparation and bandwidth to quickly respond to these opportunities is key, and CADA provides a world-class team of seasoned professionals with an impressive record of success in responding to these opportunities.”

CADA Energy has footprint and climate professionals in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America as well as small island developing states such as the Caribbean Islands. SynSel has been focused on the renewable fuels niche in the USA where the technology reaches a high level of capability. Those technologies are now being leveraged with CADA’s reach into regions of the world that embraced the climate agenda of the Paris Accord in 2015. SynSel and CADA are working together to align the US State Department to adopt Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement.

SynSel and CADA are currently submitting to Section 48C tax credit opportunities for 5 biorefinery sites for modular biomass/MSW to fuel plants in the USA. Similarly, in the Caribbean, South America and Africa, SynSel and CADA are responding to FOA’s for modular biomass/MSW to fuel plants: a perfect application for a small modular biorefinery that produces drop-in fuel that is pre-assembled and tested in a facility in Canada. These underdeveloped countries (and small island developing states) often have no domestic source of transportation fuel. The SynSel-CADA solution provides marine, gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel with an environmental footprint with a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
