Tim Tawoda, Chief Executive Officer:

is an engineer and the founder/visionary of SynSel; formerly held executive positions with Westinghouse and Teledyne; also serves as CEO and founder of Preon Power in 1996 to present; is a frequent speaker at Industry Conferences; and has a BS, Mechanical Engineering, Bradley University 1981.


Mike Judd, Chief Technology Officer - Bach Systems:

has been a consulting scientist for renewable energy technologies for the last 20 years; worked with Neste Oil as a contract Scientist on their Second-Gen Biorefinery initiatives; has a BS, Chemistry/Biology, Washington University, with graduate studies in Chemistry; and is the founder & President of St Louis Inventor’s Society.


Todd Marescalco, Chief Financial Officer:

is a seasoned financial services professional.  He is the co-founder of Investment Fee Solutions in Milwaukee, WI, and an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor.   Mr. Marescalco holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Merchandising & Music, and he has held Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 66 securities licenses and all insurance licenses.  He is a Certified Trust and Estate Specialist and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, AAMS®.


Bob Brylski, Chief Operations Officer:

is a scientist, professor, and past Executive Director of Wisconsin Bio-Diesel Association; was Production Supervisor for Sanimax 20M GPY Bio-diesel Facility 2001-2008; has a BS, Chemistry, University Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and an MS, Analytical Nuclear Chemistry, Florida State University.

Craig Chynoweth, SR. VP Plant Engineering:

is a career engineering manager who formerly held executive positions with Westinghouse and the Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation.  Managed design and construction of numerous major construction projects for infrastructure systems and complex nuclear spent fuel processes for US Naval Reactors. Has a BS Electrical Engineering, Michigan Technological University and qualified as Engineer and Chief Test Engineer under United States Nuclear Navy Program.
